Pfizer's tanezumab eases arthritis pain, but may exacerbate condition, study finds

Data from a mid-stage study published in the New England Journal of Medicine suggests that Pfizer's experimental pain drug, tanezumab, significantly reduced joint pain in people with arthritis of the knee. However, the FDA suspended a Phase III trial of the drug after a small number of users experienced worsening arthritis that required total joint replacement

We trust which the health cares are realized of an adequate way, in, it is hardly to accept that the chronic illnesses produce us ache when already with the illness in him we are suffering, there are a lot of alternatives to dissipate the chronic ache and between them they are; hydrocodone; lortab; norco stays for the night, that they are medicines that them control aches, and that the people keep a life more accessible, as every medicine has his side effects but, the doctor indicates as one has to take her and that not he must do to not suffer any consequences.
